Return Policy
At Kiddel Toys we strive to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you can change your mind or a product doesn't quite meet your expectations. In such cases, you can use our return policy.
Return term:
You can return products within 14 working days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be intact, undamaged and complete. In addition, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
How to request a return:

Please contact our customer service via email info@kiddeltoys.nl to submit a return request. Please include your order number, the reason for return and any photos of the product if applicable in your request.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.

Pack the product carefully and send it back to the address provided by us, together with a copy of the invoice or order number.

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

If your return request is approved, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
Return costs:
The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In that case we will reimburse the return costs.
Exceptions:
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These products are clearly indicated in the product description.
