These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and agreements entered into between Kiddel Toys ("we", "us" or "our") and you as a customer. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice.

  1. Orders and Agreements

When you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail is not a binding agreement, but only a confirmation of your order. A binding contract is formed as soon as we accept your order and your payment is completed.

  1. Prices and payment

All prices on our website include VAT and exclude any shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on the weight of your order and the destination. We accept payments via various payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Payments must be made in the currency in which the prices are displayed.

  1. Shipping and delivery

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and there may be delays beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays in delivery or loss of orders during the shipping process.

  1. Return and cancel

You have the right to return your order within 14 working days of receipt, provided that the product is intact, undamaged and complete. For more information about returning products and the associated conditions, please see our return policy. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled once it has been processed.

  1. Warranty and Liability

We offer a warranty on the products sold by us, which covers any manufacturing defects or defects. The warranty period and conditions vary per product and are stated in the product description. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs and software, is the property of Kiddel Toys or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use this content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

These general terms and conditions and all agreements between you and Kiddel Toys are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any agreement between you and us, both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement before recourse to any arbitration board or court.
